Once we receive the form in the mail along with the check, we will send you a receipt for the purchase. Once we receive proofs back , we send you a proof to verify that everything is correct. Once all donated pavers are approved, we have all the pavers engraved. Then we notify the installer and we schedule the install.

There are times that it could take 2 - 3 months or so from the time you purchase until the paver is installed. Weather is the biggest factor that we do not control. Lots of rain is not good because the pavers are installed on top of mortar sand and screenings and can get very wet and create settling issues. It is our goal to get sections installed professionally as soon as possible.
